Smoothie Bowls

Berry Smoothie Bowl 

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp Island Moss Sea Moss Gel 
  • Frozen Berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Acai Powder
  • Coconut Milk
  • Muesli/ Oats 

 

Method

Place the frozen berries, chia seeds, acai powder, coconut milk and tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel in a blender, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into two bowls and top with the mixed fruit, blueberries and Muesli or Oats.

Can be stored in the fridge for 1 day. 

 

 

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
  • Small ripe mango
  • 200g pineapple 
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp dairy free natural yogurt 
  • 150ml coconut drinking milk,
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 1 handful of blueberries,
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes,
  • Muesli

Method

Place the mango, pineapple, bananas, yogurt, coconut milk and tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel in a blender, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into two bowls and top with the passion fruit, blueberries, coconut flakes and Muesli.

Can be stored in the fridge for 1 day.
