Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
- 1 handful of Spinach
- 1 handful of Kale
- 1/2 Green Apple
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds
- Water or Ice
Method
Place the Island Moss Sea Moss, spinach, kale, apple, kiwi, banana, Chia seeds and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
Sea Moss Punch
Ingredients
- Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
- Non-dairy milk of your choice (soy, almond, oat or coconut
- Manuka Honey
- Vanilla Essence
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Method
300 ml of non-dairy milk of your choice
Add two tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
Then add the a teaspoon of the vanilla essence, cinnamon and nutmeg; blend together until creamy and add further teaspoons to reach desired taste, serve.
Vitamin Booster Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
- 1 orange
- 1 large carrot
- 2 sticks celery
- 50g mango
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (minced)
- 200ml water
Method
Place the orange, carrot, celery, ginger, mango and 2 tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss into a blender, top up with water, then blend until smooth.
Immunity Boosting Tea
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Manuka Honey
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon or Lime
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
Method
Place all ingredients into a mug of hot water, stir until dissolved, serve and enjoy.
