How to use raw sea moss
Island Moss Sun Dried Wildcrafted Sea Moss can be made into gel in 4 easy steps:
Wash
Wash the Sea Moss thoroughly to ensure you wash off any excess sand or debris, repeat 2-3 times.
Soak
Soak the Sea Moss in spring water and half a lime for 8-24 hours. The water should cover the Sea Moss, it will increase in size and become softer as it soaks.
Blend
Drain water off the Sea Moss and place into blender adding spring water. Blend until Sea Moss has a smooth and thick consistency.
Store
Pour the gel into a glass jar, seal and store in the fridge. Allow gel to thicken in fridge for 2 hours before use. Consume within 2 weeks.
