Delivery

We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service. Our Sea Moss Gel is produced daily for freshness, so please allow a 3-4 working day maximum (excluding weekends) delivery window (2 day processing plus 1 day shipping). Our aim is to ship your order within the next 2 working days for orders placed before 6pm. Orders placed after 6pm on a Thursday and between Friday-Sunday will be shipped during the following week.

Orders of Sea Moss Gel are dispatched by Royal Mail first class sign for service to enable you to track your order.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. If you make any errors in your order please let us know immediately, once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email, in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within three working days please contact us.

Please ensure someone is able to receive your order. We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries.
