Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
- Frozen Berries
- Chia seeds
- Acai Powder
- Coconut Milk
- Muesli/ Oats
Method
Place the frozen berries, chia seeds, acai powder, coconut milk and tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel in a blender, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into two bowls and top with the mixed fruit, blueberries and Muesli or Oats.
Can be stored in the fridge for 1 day.
Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Island Moss Sea Moss Gel
- Small ripe mango
- 200g pineapple
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp dairy free natural yogurt
- 150ml coconut drinking milk,
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 handful of blueberries,
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes,
- Muesli
Method
Place the mango, pineapple, bananas, yogurt, coconut milk and tablespoons of Island Moss Sea Moss Gel in a blender, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into two bowls and top with the passion fruit, blueberries, coconut flakes and Muesli.
Can be stored in the fridge for 1 day.
